SHIPPING POLICY

At Dripp’d & Drizzl’d , we take pride in the quality of our products. Dripp’d & Drizzl’d cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping.  We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. You will need to contact our carrier FEDEX at 1-800-GOFEDEX and file a claim with FEDEX directly.  We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider FEDEX due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. In order to assure that your Dripp’d & Drizzl’d chocolates reach their destination safely, we have created the following shipping policy.

 

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
-We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
-Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Please note this does not apply on federal holidays or during our busy holiday season. Scheduled delivery dates are listed at the checkout page.
-Signatures are not required to receive deliveries from FEDEX. Please make sure that someone will be available at the shipping address to receive the delivery.
-Expected delivery dates are scheduled by our carrier FEDEX. Any delays once shipped are unfortunately out of our control.

LOCAL DELIVERY
-Orders can be delivered using a local courier service (Starting at $25) for addresses located in Cleveland and surrounding suburbs. Local deliveries are available 7 days a week.
-Please call us at 216-644-3761 to make arrangements.

SHIPPING TO DESTINATIONS YEAR ROUND WITH TEMPERATURES ABOVE 65 DEGREE:
-We ship all orders going to locations above 65 degrees with cold packs ($8.00 additional at check out) and use only OVER-NIGHT service (available at check out) in order to guarantee delivery of our perishable products. If you do not select these options at check out, we reserve the right to refund your order. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the shipment upon delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
-Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
-If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@drippedanddrizzled.com. Please provide a photo and detailed description of the issue within 24 hours of the delivery and we will do our best to help!

CANCELLATION POLICY
-To cancel or change your order, please call us at 216-644-3671 within 15 MINUTES of placing your order and email us at hello@drippedanddrizzled.com. We will do our best to accommodate, however please note it may not be possible due to our fast order turnaround time.
