Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within (1) day of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange if the outside box is not physically damaged.  If the outside box has physical damage, you will need to contact FEDEX directly and place a claim with the carrier. You can reach FEDEX at 1-800-GOFEDEX.We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Dripp’d & Drizzl’d  reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Dripp’d & Drizzl’d  cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

Dripp’d & Drizzl’d  is not responsible for failed deliveries when:1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Our products contain wheat, soy, milk, almonds, peanuts and tree nuts.  Our products are manufactured in a facility with wheat, soy, milk, peanuts, almonds, tree nuts and sesame.

Yes, we have special packaging that will ensure your gift arrives without melting. Our Warm Weather Shipping Protection is recommended on all orders shipping to warm weather destinations with temperatures over 65 degrees. Our Warm Weather Shipping Protection includes insulated packaging to prevent chocolate from melting. If you do not select Warm Weather Shipping Protection and overnight delivery at checkout, we cannot guarantee your gift will arrive in perfect condition to warm weather destinations, and reserve the right to cancel your order because we don’t want it to arrive melted.

Our Pretzel Protection is recommended on all orders shipping to warm weather destinations with temperatures over 65 degrees. Pretzel Protection includes insulated packaging to prevent chocolate from melting. If you do not select Pretzel Protection at checkout, we cannot guarantee your gift will arrive in perfect condition to warm weather destinations.

To ensure the specialized gel ice packs can do their job of keeping your chocolate cool, next day shipping is required.

It helps keep the chocolate from melting during the delivery process.  It’s harmless and non-toxic, but please don’t eat it or break it open. Simply discard it.

HOLIDAY 2023 SHIPPING

We want your package to arrive for Christmas and Hanukkah as much as you do! Every Dripped and Drizzled is custom made to order. If your order is placed Monday- Friday by 12:00 p.m. EST YES we will try very hard to ship your order out that same day. Orders placed at 12:01 p.m. EST or later will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will go out on Monday. If this is a pretzel emergency, please call us immediately at 216-644-3761.

FEDEX is our preferred shipping provider for the holiday season and delivery days and transit times are set per their guidelines.

You will receive an email confirmation after you place an order through our website. You will receive a FEDEX Tracking email once your package(s) ships from our factory in Cleveland, Ohio.

FEDEX  is unable to guarantee deliveries on a specific day, so we won’t risk making that guarantee. We don’t like making promises we can’t keep!

If your order has already been shipped, re-routing is not available. If your order has NOT shipped, please email us within 15 minutes of placing your order at hello@drippdanddrizzld.com and call us immediately at 216-644-3761 to provide an updated address. A delivery interception charge will apply.

During the holiday season, we are not shipping to The North Pole, Canada or international locations.
